🛍️ Exchange & Refund Policy – Anokhi Textiles

At Anokhi Textiles, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer the following exchange and refund policy:

🌀 Exchange Policy:

• Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Exchanges are only applicable for sizing issues, defects, or incorrect items received.
• Home decor items and bags are eligible for exchange only in case of damage or defect, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our part.

💸 Refund Policy:

• Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged products that cannot be replaced.
• Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or slight color variation due to photographic lighting.
